LEARNER SUPPORT
To help students manage their studies whilst juggling personal and professional responsibilities, we provide tutors support over the phone, email and Microsoft Teams. They can answer your questions, help you better understand the topic, prioritise your workload, and more.

CAREER PATHWAY
We are the only UK security management training organisation that provides a guided security management career pathway. This assists our learners in charting their professional trajectory through career guidance and support at every stage of your journey.
Learner Support
We are one of the few training providers that offers a formative submission option to learners who may want to receive tutor feedback prior to final assessment submission.
This enables tutor feedback to be incorporated into a final assessment ensuring learners achieve to the best of their abilities.
We also offer:
- Assessment extensions if extra time is needed to complete post-study work or coursework.
- Live 1:1 tutor support Monday – Friday between 09:00 – 17:00 via email, telephone or Microsoft Teams.
- Finished your classroom course? The support doesn’t end there! As delegates work through post-course workbooks and assessments, they will still have access to in-house tutor support should they need it.
We adhere to diversity and inclusivity standards. Tutors are sensitive and active when it comes to making reasonable adjustments for learners with additional needs ensuring you are able to complete the programme and achieve.
Bespoke Training
